The Story Behind The Legacy Collection

Some of the most important stories are the ones we never think to record.
Throughout our lives, we collect thousands of photographs and videos.
We capture birthdays, weddings, holidays and celebrations. But how often do we take the time to sit down and truly listen to someone's story?
The Legacy Collection was created from a deeply personal experience.
After unexpectedly losing two close friends, I found myself looking back through the photographs, videos and memories we had shared. While those moments were incredibly special, I couldn't help but think about the conversations we never had, the questions I never asked and the stories I would have loved to hear one more time.
That experience changed the way I thought about capturing memories.
I realised that everyone has a story worth documenting, regardless of their age or where they are in life.
The Legacy Collection isn't about saying goodbye. It's about celebrating life. It's about taking the time to appreciate the people around us, understanding their journeys and preserving their personalities, voices, laughter and experiences.
Through personal interviews, meaningful conversations and professional filmmaking, we create documentaries that tell the stories of real people, in their own words.Something to enjoy today, share with the people you love and treasure for generations to come.

Your Story.
Your Documentary.
No two lives are the same. So why should two documentaries be?
Every person has a unique journey, filled with experiences, relationships, challenges, achievements and moments that have shaped who they are.
Our documentaries are designed to capture those stories in a natural, genuine and meaningful way.
We take the time to get to know you, exploring everything from your earliest childhood memories and family life to the adventures you've experienced, the people you've met and the moments you're most proud of.
We also have the opportunity to hear from the people who know you best. Family members, lifelong friends and other important people can share their own memories, stories and perspectives, adding another dimension to your documentary.
By bringing these conversations together with personal photographs, home videos and other treasured memories, we create a film that is completely unique to you.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Some stories can be beautifully told in 20 minutes, while others deserve a longer film. The final documentary is shaped by your story and the agreed production scope, rather than a predetermined runtime.
Most importantly, you don't need to be comfortable in front of a camera or know exactly what to say.
We'll guide you through relaxed conversations, helping you remember the little things, share the big moments and enjoy looking back on the life you've lived so far.

How Your Story Comes to Life
01. Getting to Know You
We begin with a relaxed consultation to learn about you, your life and the people who matter most.
We'll talk about your experiences, the stories you'd love to share and what you'd like your documentary to capture.
This helps us understand your journey and create an interview experience tailored specifically to you.
02. Gathering Your Memories
Photographs, home videos, old recordings, letters and other personal keepsakes all help bring your story to life.
We'll provide a simple way for you and your family to share these memories with us, wherever you're located.
You don't need to have everything perfectly organised. We'll help you identify the material that will make your documentary meaningful.
03. Sharing Your Story
This is where your documentary begins to take shape.
Through relaxed, guided interviews, we'll explore your life, from your earliest memories to the experiences and people who have shaped your journey.
Depending on your chosen package, we may also interview family members, friends and other important people to capture their perspectives.
There's no script, no pressure and no expectation of perfect answers. Just genuine conversations.
04. Bringing Everything Together
Once filming is complete, we'll carefully bring your interviews, photographs, videos and memories together.
Through professional editing, music, sound and storytelling, we'll create a personalised documentary that reflects your personality and the moments that matter most.
05. Your Story to Keep
Your completed documentary will be delivered digitally, ready to watch, download and share with the people you love.
You'll also receive lightly edited recordings of your interviews, preserving the conversations and stories that may not appear in the final film.
A collection of memories you can return to, time and time again.
